VEHICLE REDEMPTION

1.) Once you have satisfied your lender, the lender will generate a Vehicle Redemption Release (VRR). The lender will email or fax the VRR to us.

2.) We CANNOT make an appointment for you to redeem your vehicle until we receive the VRR from your lender and all fees for storage, redemption, etc. have been paid in full  – NO EXCEPTIONS.

3.) The cost to you for vehicle storage, property storage, administration fees or any combination of these cannot be quoted to you until AFTER the VRR has been received.

4.) You MUST have a VALID driver’s license to redeem your vehicle.

5.) Only the registered owner on file or an authorized 3rd party may redeem the vehicle (must be included in the VRR from your lender) – NO EXCEPTIONS.

6.) Vehicle redemption is by APPOINTMENT ONLY, no walk-ins will be seen – NO EXCEPTIONS.

7.) THERE ARE NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

8.) PLEASE LIMIT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VISITORS WITH YOU TO OUR LOCATION. NO CHILDREN PLEASE!
