PERSONAL PROPERTY

1.) All personal property is removed from the vehicle, itemized and bagged.

2.) You may NOT have access to the vehicle –NO EXCEPTIONS.

3.) Items are stored for up to 90 days. After 90 days ALL personal property is disposed of – NO EXCEPTIONS.

4.) To avoid additional charges please bring in a working key for the repossessed vehicle. This will help with the retrieval of your property in the event of a locked glove box or trunk and eliminate additional costs to you if a key has to be made.

5.) A valid photo identification MUST be presented when picking up your personal property – NO EXCEPTIONS.

6.) Retrieval of Personal Property is by APPOINTMENT ONLY, no walk-ins will be seen – NO EXCEPTIONS.

7.) All loose items are removed from the vehicle.

8.) All food and liquids will not be stored and will be disposed of, this includes perishable and non-perishable. – NO EXCEPTIONS.

9.) Hours of operation are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

10.) PLEASE LIMIT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VISITORS WITH YOU TO OUR LOCATION. NO CHILDREN PLEASE!
